Fill Leader: You will play a role in guiding the team to ensure the right stock is in the right place, at the right time. You will be responsible to lead the team, to replenish and recover the store ensuring this occurs within the allocated timeframe and budget.
Customer Service Team Member: You will play a key role in helping the customers either at the counter or on the sales floor with a focus on providing a great customer experience.
Store Manager: You will lead the store team to deliver the best shopping experience for the customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets by ensuring labour is allocated and routines are in place ensuring the right stock in the right place at the right time, merchandised according to the company standards of Big W. You will have to ensure that all customers at your Big W store are served in a friendly and efficient manner.
