Smiggle Job Descriptions & Salaries
Sales Assistant: You will be expected to maximise every sales opportunity to achieve both individual and store sales targets. You will achieve this by providing a genuine and unique experience for all customers that is in line with the Smiggle brand. You will be responsible for cash handling and processing sales, following loss prevention processes to minimise stock loss, and assisting with stock management and visual merchandising. You will be a part of the store team, so you should work well in a team environment. No experience, training nor education is required in this position. After you start working at Smiggle, you will learn what you need by attending store meetings and in-store training.
Assistant Store Manager: You will help the Store Manager in their duties and act as Store Manager in times of need. You will manage stock daily and minimise stock loss while aiming to maximise sales. You will be expected to implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes. You should create a safe working environment for your team and customers to ensure excellent customer service at the store. Previous experience as supervisor/manager and knowledge in loss prevention, health and safety is required.
Store Manager: You will be responsible for the financial operations and all procedures at your store. You will develop, train and supervise your team to increase productivity at the store. Meanwhile, you should create a safe working environment for your team and customers. Previous management experience, ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets, Visual Merchandising experience, and experience in developing and coaching a team are required.
