Spotlight Job Descriptions & Salaries
Service Team Member: You will the face of Spotlight’s business. You will interact with customers and provide them quality service and expertise. You will be on your feet most of the day, balancing service with other tasks to ensure the products at the store are well presented on the shelves and that in-store based promotions are carried out accurately.
Receiving & Resett: You will be responsible for taking delivery of products and moving it efficiently from the trucks to the shelves. You will have to maintain accurate records of delivered goods, ensuring that products reach the floor.
Department Team Leader: You will manage the sales strategies, operational needs and day-to-day activities of your specific product department. You will be mainly based on the shop floor and you need to be capable of dealing with the challenging issues that frequently arise around customer service and product.
Store Manager: You will be responsible for developing and implementing your store’s sales and profit growth strategies. You should ensure that your store reaches its targets. You also need to be results-driven, self-motivated and have strong leadership ability to be able to lead and inspire the store team at your store.
Warehouse Operator: You should ensure the accuracy, safety and efficiency of product deliveries to Spotlight’s large store network. You should be capable of performing physically all day, so you should have good literacy and numerical skills and love working in a team environment to meet challenging deadlines and targets.
